Estimates and Pricing
We provide a clear, upfront quote before any work begins. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional issues are discovered. We will always discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We do our best to arrive within the agreed window. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. Any warranty on parts or labor, where offered, will be provided to you in writing at the time of service.
Limitation of Liability
Honest Air is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for issues arising from equipment we did not install or service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
